12.3.2. Removal and installation of levers and extensions of a back suspension bracket

The pushing bar/the integrated lever

If at dismantle the integrated lever was disconnected from the wheel shaking levers/support, then after installation it is necessary to perform measurement and/or adjustments of parameters of a running gear.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a back wheel and disconnect a power shaft from a reducer of the back bridge (see the Head Kardanny and power shafts, reducer, differential and stupichny assemblies).
  1. To facilitate installation of a corner of disorder, mark with a core the provision of an eccentric bolt in relation to the shaking lever.
  1. Give a nut and a bolt. Turn out an eccentric bolt and to remove the integrated lever.
  1. Installation is made upside-down. Replace a nut of an eccentric bolt.

The shaking lever

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a wheel and disconnect an electrical wiring of the wheel sensor of the ABS system (see the Head the Brake system). To facilitate installation of a corner of disorder, mark with a core the provision of an eccentric bolt in relation to the shaking lever (see an illustration).
  1. Give a nut of an eccentric bolt and take out it.
  1. Installation is made upside-down. Replace a nut of an eccentric bolt. Check and adjust the angles of installation of back wheels.

Top cross lever

If at dismantle the cross lever of a suspension bracket was disconnected from a beam of the back bridge, then after installation it is necessary to make check and adjustment of angles of installation of back wheels.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a back wheel and disconnect the shock-absorber from a wheel support (see the Section Removal and installation, dismantling and assembly of a rack of a suspension bracket).
  2. Give nuts.

At installation use new самоконтрящиеся nuts.

  1. Clear of dirt and lubricant a conic pin and an opening in a wheel support.
  2. Installation is made upside-down.

Extension

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a wheel and give nuts.
  1. Remove an extension.
  2. Installation is made upside-down. On a finger and in an opening there should not be lubricant traces. Use new nuts.
  3. Upon termination of installation check and adjust the angles of installation of back wheels.
